Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee VAT returns and HMRC compliance submissions
- Lead year-end audits and tax planning initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants on financial best practices
- Implement process improvements using Xero and Sage software
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- 3+ years post-qualification in practice or industry
- Expert knowledge of UK GAAP and tax legislation
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query proficiency
- Experience managing client relationships and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
