Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control documentation
- Analyze financial data to optimize cost structures and improve margins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Maintain GAAP compliance and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in SOX compliance and financial audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in high-growth tech or finance industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
