Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual federal/state payroll tax returns (941, 940, W-2s, W-3s).
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding pay stubs, direct deposits, and tax forms.
- Reconcile payroll bank accounts and maintain accurate payroll records and logs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update employee records and ensure compliance with FLSA regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and FLSA requirements.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Paychex, or similar payroll systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
