Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with federal/state regulations (CO, W-2, 1099)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefit deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support year-end processes including W-2 distribution and audits
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Strong knowledge of CO labor laws and FLSA compliance
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms (QuickBooks a plus)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
