Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for NY state compliance
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and reconciliation
- Administer 401(k) enrollment and benefits deductions
- Prepare quarterly payroll reports for executive review
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in NY state
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, NY DOL, and multi-state tax laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table experience
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
