Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and new hire documentation
- Collaborate with HR on benefits enrollment and timekeeping systems
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLAs
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, Texas labor laws, and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
