Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and voluntary benefits enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns (Form 941, state withholding)
- Support year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s) and audits
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar HRIS platforms
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations (FL specific)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BS preferred)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
