Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, AZ withholding)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare year-end W-2/1099 forms
- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HCM system expertise
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with FLSA, ERISA, and AZ labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting payroll deadlines with zero errors
