Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial statements
- Prepare month-end closing reports and payroll documentation
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping systems for efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during night-time inspections
- Monitor cash flow and financial metrics during off-peak periods
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Relevant certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
