Responsibilities
- Manage daily reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Process payroll and prepare financial reports during overnight shifts
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries using QuickBooks Online
- Handle confidential financial data with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Collaborate with day-team accountants for seamless workflow transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Available to work Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6 AM
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
