Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal, state, local)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile general ledger entries
- Support year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll requirements
- Implement payroll process improvements and documentation updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance (MO, IL, KS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
