Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Administer time-off requests and reconcile PTO balances
- Collaborate with HR to onboard/offboard employees and update payroll records
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare quarterly/yearly payroll reports for leadership review
- Stay current on FLSA, FMLA, and state-specific payroll regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
- SHRM or APA certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
