Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies/procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
- Provide compliance training to staff across departments
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
