Responsibilities
- Process and distribute payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile timekeeping data, ensuring compliance with FLSA regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across multiple states
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and audit purposes
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll-related inquiries
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to SOX compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll software expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
