Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly reports for leadership
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Deep understanding of FLSA, AZ state labor laws, and tax codes
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
