Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps

Qualifications

- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate)
