Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records for multiple clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with zero-error reconciliation standards
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation a plus
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex reconciliations
