Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately and on a timely basis.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audits.
- Manage and organize digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP or similar) preferred.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
