Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs
- Process accounts payable and receivable entries
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports under supervision
- Manage vendor invoicing and expense tracking
- Support tax document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
Qualifications
