Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll preparation and tax document filing
- Generate monthly financial statements and reports
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Communicate financial insights to business clients
- Continuously develop accounting knowledge through training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
