Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll bi-weekly
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
- Implement and maintain accounting systems for efficiency
- Collaborate with tax preparers for quarterly filings
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (Advanced)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Relevant certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) preferred
