Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with variance reporting
- Manage multi-currency transactions and international reconciliations
- Lead statutory audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Oversee payroll processing and VAT submissions
- Implement process automation using Xero and Sage platforms
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in practice or corporate accounting
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query experience
- UK GAAP and IFRS compliance knowledge
- Experience with Xero, Sage, and SAP systems
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
