Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for executive leadership
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes with third-party auditors
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial operations
- Support budget preparation and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage month-end close processes efficiently
- Exceptional analytical skills with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
