- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
- Conduct reconciliations and audits to guarantee data accuracy and integrity
- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis for department heads

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
