Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks for financial products and services
- Conduct risk assessments and regulatory audits across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and product teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update policies proactively
- Lead internal training programs on compliance protocols and ethical standards
- Manage investigations and remediation efforts for compliance breaches
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Deep knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and California financial regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and audit
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) highly valued
