Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes promptly while adhering to banking regulations
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict audit compliance
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer experience workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain industry knowledge and certifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling or customer service experience in banking or financial services
- Proven ability to maintain 100% transaction accuracy in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.) and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Valid Texas Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
