- Resolve escalated client inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with wealth management teams on integrated client solutions
- Train junior tellers on advanced transaction processing protocols
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of premium banking experience with high-volume transaction handling
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets for banking products
- Advanced knowledge of FINRA regulations and AML compliance procedures
- Exceptional cash handling accuracy with zero-discrepancy record
- Professional demeanor when serving high-net-worth clientele
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
