Responsibilities
- Process high-volume financial transactions with exceptional accuracy and speed
- Build and maintain deep relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Identify and cross-sell premium banking products and services
- Execute complex wire transfers, foreign exchanges, and merchant services
- Ensure strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Train junior staff on advanced transaction protocols
- Contribute to branch performance metrics through proactive client engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume banking experience in premium markets
- Proven track record in complex transaction processing and cash management
- Certified Financial Counselor (CFC) or equivalent designation preferred
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML compliance protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure scenarios
- Proficiency in banking software platforms (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
