Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Cash checks and verify IDs in compliance with federal regulations and bank policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our savings and investment products.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile daily settlements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with opening and closing branch operations to ensure security and compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous banking experience is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle money with extreme accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and banking software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
