Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and educating clients on banking products.
- Cash handling: Ensure accurate daily cash balancing and reconciliation of the vault and teller drawer.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards (BSA/AML).
- Assist in opening new accounts and closing existing ones with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer-facing financial role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
