Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Maintain strict accuracy in the daily balancing of the cash drawer and vault.
- Assist with the opening and closing of branch operations, ensuring security and compliance.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to improve overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency with computer systems and bank software applications.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as part of the hiring process.
