Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with exceptional accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Coordinate accounts payable/receivable processes for high-volume transactions
- Implement and optimize internal financial controls and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual financial reviews
- Develop financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with meticulous organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (including VBA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance regulations
- Proven ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
