Responsibilities
Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology vision and strategic roadmap.Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for next-gen AI models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies like quantum computing and advanced neural networks.Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking.Conduct feasibility studies for speculative technologies to ensure long-term viability.Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and executives to drive buy-in.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or product strategy.Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, large language models, and generative AI deployment.Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects from conception to launch.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong background in data security, privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
