- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption vectors
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking emerging technology adoption
- Build external ecosystems with futurists, VCs, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience leading high-stakes strategy initiatives in scaling organizations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
