Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast technological disruptions and market shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for next-generation product development pipelines
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and scenario planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable research initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEPLE)
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
