Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework spanning tech, social, and economic trends
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for stakeholders
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging markets and next-gen customer segments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D planning, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
