You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies and AI-powered trend analysis to decode signals from the future.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technology applications and market opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Theory, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Proficiency with AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
