As a pivotal member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop proactive strategies that anticipate technological shifts, market disruptions, and societal transformations. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience planning for Fortune 500 partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Design and deliver strategic foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Produce white papers and predictive frameworks on emerging technology impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy and risk mitigation
