Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Create scenario-planning models and trend reports with 3-5 year forecasting horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and maintain competitive intelligence databases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategy consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent analytical framework
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable business impact
