Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ strategic planning
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market implications
- Design scenario-planning models for future business disruption and opportunity
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain global network of innovation thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and societal shifts affecting industry trajectory
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level future scenarios
- Expertise in trend analysis and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional data synthesis and strategic communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex future-vision projects
