- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future implications and opportunities
- Establish cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and socio-cultural indicators shaping future markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
