Responsibilities

- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams through compelling narratives
- Establish and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Conduct rigorous trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Champion innovation culture by facilitating future-focused workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal and economic implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects and strategic impact
