Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Published thought leader in foresight or innovation (articles, books, or keynotes)
