Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and design thinking workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state roadmaps for product and market expansion
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects and validate emerging market hypotheses
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
