- Establish scenario planning frameworks for high-impact decision-making under uncertainty
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight methodologies into corporate strategy
- Build and cultivate an external ecosystem of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of exponential innovation across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
