Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures concepts
