Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present futures scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build patentable frameworks for emerging market opportunities
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University for trend validation
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (e.g., HBR, Wired)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (Shell, RAND)
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation frameworks implemented in Fortune 500 settings
