- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive stakeholders
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout breakthrough startups
- Facilitate design thinking workshops for organizational transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business plans
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTR, CIP)
