Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, biotech disruption) with 5-10 year foresight
- Develop innovation frameworks for 2026+ product/service ecosystems integrating IoT, AR/VR, and decentralized tech
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing humanity's grand challenges
- Translate complex trend data into actionable strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Design and deliver immersive future scenario workshops for leadership teams
- Measure innovation ROI using proprietary horizon-scanning metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in trend synthesis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Proven success scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence (quantum-AI-biotech interfaces)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
