Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop 2026-focused roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum applications, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global forums on future trends

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development frameworks

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
